2014/2015年度學前兩歲班

新生報名通知 (修訂)

於2012年1月1日至2012年8月31日出生之兒童，家長擬為其報讀幼兒園學前兩歲班，請於2013年9月14日(星期六)上午9:00至10:00到本校索取報名表。

     每人限取報名表一份, 多胞胎須出示出生證明書正本。

交表日期：請於 2013年9月21日(星期六)或之前郵寄

          報名表和有關文件(以郵戳為憑)。

Dear Parents,

N1 Enrolment, 2014/2015 (Revised)

For those children who were born between 1^st January to 31^st August, 2012, application forms for N1 enrolment may be collected from our school between 9:00am and 10:00am on Saturday, 14^thSeptember, 2013.

Each person can only take ONE application form. The original birth certificates should be shown for those who require more than one application form for multiple births.

Submission of Application：By Post together with relevant documents postmarked on or before Saturday, 21^st September, 2013.
